I use two brief feedback scales developed by the International Center for Clinical Excellence, which have been shown to bring about the most effective therapy possible. The scales (called F. I. T. or Feedback Improved Therapy) track how you are feeling and changing and the progress you are making toward meeting your goals. The use of these scales (as confirmed by at least seven independent research studies) doubles and in many cases triples the likelihood of you achieving a positive outcome from your therapy experience.
